Task: I planned the soft opening special, including limited-hour trial kit redemptions and special facial packages, and collaborated with Gurney Paragon Mall to attract new customers to the outlet while the business was in slow recovery due to the new brand in Malaysian market and the MCO.

Task: Customers explored Dr. Hauschka’s iconic day and night skincare routine at the experience and consultation station, leaving with photo souvenirs and free gifts after completing the redemption journey.
